do you have a cheap source for them? how much is the dealership charging for them. I might be interested if the price is right....

are these in the place of the "aerio" side badges? Thats what jtrembly got a few of us from SAF, they're great and easy. I think we were calling them clear side blinkers or something to avoid the confusion with clear side markers...

If the Aerio badge markers is not what you guys are talking about, then never mind.

Nope, you are right on. We are talking about the Aerio badge markers like jtrembly got from europe back in the SAF days. I know it's confusing because this thread originally WAS about clear side markers.... maybe I'll split the thread....

I'd be in on this group buy, assuming the price is reasonable. I like the Aerio badge, but side turn signals are way better. It's surprising how many cars these days are having them, which is a nice trend. Heck, the Scion xA has TWO side turn signals, one in a similar location to the Aerio badge, AND one on the side mirror. And you can see both the front and rear turn signals from the side, so BAM, it's like the whole side of the car is blinking! I've seen them on the Chevy Aveo too, mirror turn signals that is.

The real question is whether the car is prewired, or do we need to run wires from behind the badge to the fusebox or turn signals.

Definetly not prewired. If you take the badge out all you get is a big empty space, with no wires in site.
